Whether you're wondering about accommodations, or what to bring, our FAQ page is here to help you prepare and make the most of your experience.   • Are meals included?
    Yes! We provide: Breakfast for attendees who stay on-site in Deeper Dream Suites Lunch and dinner for all attendees each day
  • How can I stay connected after the conference?
    We offer multiple ways to stay engaged beyond the conference. You can connect with a state representative to get involved locally—state rep information can be found under the Leaders tab on our website. Additionally, you can participate in virtual events throughout the year and follow us on social media for ministry updates. We cover a wide range of topics relevant to young adults, including faith, relationships, finances, career growth, and navigating life as a believer. Stay plugged in to continue growing in your walk with Christ!
  • Can I transfer my registration?
    Yes! If you need to transfer your registration, please contact us via email: dclmyoungadultusa@gmail.com
  • Will transportation/accommodation be provided?
    Accommodation: On-site lodging is available at Deeper Dream Suites. Please bring anything needed for your comfort. If you prefer to stay elsewhere, you are responsible for arranging your own accommodations. Below are nearby hotel options (no group discounts available): Fairfield Inn (10 minutes from the conference center) Homewood Suites (30 minutes from the conference center) Transportation: Most states coordinate group travel arrangements, including driving to the conference. If you need assistance securing a ride, please reach out to your state representative (contact information is available under the Leaders tab on our website). For those flying: You are responsible for booking your flight times in alignment with the schedule provided by the transportation team. You must complete the form linked below to submit your travel details. If your flight falls outside the designated transportation window, you will need to arrange your own transportation.
  • How can I volunteer?
    You can indicate your interest in volunteering when registering, and our team will reach out to you. You can also email us at dclmyoungadultusa@gmail.com.
  • When and where is the conference?
    We host two conferences each year: Eden Conference (February): A 3-day event for singles, held Friday to Sunday. Annual Young Adult Conference (May): A 4-day event, typically the fourth weekend of May, running from Thursday to Sunday. Both events are hosted in Kinston, North Carolina at our Convention Center.
  • Who can attend?
    Our conferences are designed for young adults (ages 18-35) who are passionate about strengthening their relationship with God and finding a Christ-centered community.
  • ⁠⁠Is there an acknowledgment clause?
    Yes, all registrants must agree to this policy before submitting their registration. Registration Policy Your registration is only confirmed after payment is received. Pricing is based on the date of payment, NOT the registration date. For example, if you register on March 10 but pay on March 20, you will be charged the Regular Price of $165, not the Early Bird price of $125. If payment is not received by the deadline, your registration will be canceled, and you will need to re-register at the current rate. When making your payment, include your full name and order number in the memo to ensure your registration is confirmed. If you have already paid, please notify us and specify the payment method.   • At what times will transportation be available for pickup from RDU Airport
    The pickup times are 12:30pm, 5:00pm, 10:00pm for Thursday. And Friday is at 10AM
  • What should I bring?
    If staying on-site, we recommend bringing: A light pillowcase, bedsheet, and blanket Towel, bath soap, sponge/loofah Toothbrush & toothpaste Socks, slippers, and any necessary medication
  • Is the conference live streamed?
    While some sessions will be live streamed, the full conference experience is designed for in-person attendees.
  • What can I expect at the conference?
    The theme for this year’s conference is "Prevail." Expect an atmosphere of faith, empowerment, and transformation through: Powerful messages and breakout sessions Spirit-filled worship experiences Meaningful networking opportunities
